Dash Delivery Inc. is in full compliance with all HIPAA regulations regarding protected health information. It is a necessary element of our service that we come into incidental contact with protected health information on a daily basis. This includes patient names, and appointment times, but excludes any diagnosis or treatment information. Every employee has read and signed an employee confidentiality statement specifically designed for compliance with HIPAA regulations. All employees are trained in protecting the confidentiality of all data elements listed in HIPAA (Section 164.514). We also safeguard the confidentially of data not directly related to the health industry including, but not limited to wage earner information and business bank deposits.
